Ratings come from confirmed, completed charters. There's no way to buy placement, and operators cannot remove a published review — they can only reply to it.

Submissions are held until a moderator clears them for defamation, personal information and off-platform contact details. Reviewer email addresses are never published.

Vessels are checked against maintenance and safety requirements, skipper tickets are verified, and third-party experience partners are reviewed before they can be listed. See Safety for the full checklist.

Guest and operator contact details are masked through our encrypted relay and released only once a booking is confirmed — and only to the two parties involved. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
